Shipping
All shipping rates are quoted using real time calculations. These rates represent the total shipping charges due to a customer unless otherwise stated. Urban Survival Tools makes no representation that a particular shipping method will be available to all customers for all products. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. Urban Survival Tools reserves the right to substitute shipping methods on orders of it’s choosing, provided that the shipping method substituted is of equal or quicker delivery time.
Unless otherwise stated, orders will leave the warehouse within 1-7 business days. Urban Survival Tools makes no guarantees of shipment delivery on specific days. Orders placed during a peak or holiday season may be subject to additional processing time.
Returns
All requests for a return due to damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. If a product was damaged in original shipment or there is a defect in the craftsmanship or construction, Urban Survival Tools will refund the total cost of the product including return shipping.
Returns requested because of preference, error during ordering, or other reasons not related to the integrity of the product will be granted on a case by case basis. These requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order, to our customer service department via email at
customerservice@urbansurvivaltools.com. No request for a return/refund will be granted on food, water, potassium iodide or products that are otherwise perishable. Products returned must be in the original packaging, with the orginal sales receipt, in new/unopened condition for a full refund.
Urban Survival Tools will not pay for the return shipping and handling costs on items not returned for reasons of structural integrity. Additionally, the customer will be assessd a 20% restocking fee (which will be taken out of the refund). All refunds must be credited to the original purchaser, and will be made in the form of the original payment. Credit card charges must be credited to the card originally charged. Urban Survival Tools disclaims responsibility of damaged or defective items seven (7) days after receipt of products - open packages and inspect them upon receipt. Returns of large orders (in terms of dollar amount, size, or quantity) may be subject to additional conditions as outlined by Urban Survival Tools.
Out of Stock Products
Urban Survival Tools makes no guarantee (written or otherwise) that a specific product will be in stock. Any and all representations to the contrary are only based on good faith estimates. While Urban Survival Tools does not knowingly deceive customers, Urban Survival Tools will not be held responsible (financially or otherwise) for any damages and or inconveniences that an out of stock product may cause. In the event that an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, Urban Survival Tools will notify the customer via the email provided within 2 business days. At the customer’s election, they may wait for the next product shipment, exchange the product for another of equal or lesser value, or cancel the order for a refund.
