Terms and Conditions of Services

  • There is a non-refundable setup fee of $14.95 for the deluxe and the premium service plans.
  • The maximum number of contacts that can be entered into the system is 20.
  • The customer is responsible for filling out the contact information sheets and sending it back for data entry. It is recommended that the customer enter the contact information online as to minimize data entry errors. We provide free lifetime survival food and water when the customer does enter the contact information online.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect phone numbers or undeliverable email addresses.
  • The customer can call the emergency 800 number once per year at no charge. Each additional time the service is used during the service year, a charge of $19.95 will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • The customer can cancel at any time. Please see our cancellation policy below.
  • All customer service questions must be handled through email. Please see our contact us page for our contact information.
  • For the deluxe service, the system will send one email to each email address listed for the customer.
  • For the Premium service, the system will attempt to call each contact's phone number listed in the customers account. The system will attempt to contact each phone number once.
  • We are not responsible for maintaining the customers contact information. The customer must update the information when the information changes through the online screens. The customer may also mail a request to update their information. Please see the contact us page for our mailing address. When sending in an account update request by mail, please include the account telephone number and the contact information that should be updated. Please allow 4 weeks for account update request to be processed.
Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the service at any time by sending an email to urbantools1@yahoo.com. Please indicate your account number when requesting a cancellation of service. The cancellation of the account will take 2-4 weeks to process. Customers on an annual service plan are not entitled to a refund based on the unused portion of the service contract. Monthly customers will have the account cancelled at the end of the current month.

Refund Policy

Any product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. This only applies to survival kit products. We will replace any product or component that was damaged during shipment or is otherwise defective. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges when returning a product. Also note that any shipping charges are not refundable for any product.
