After the you place the order, we will send you a welcome kit that explains our service and what to do in an emergency.
The welcome kit includes:
When you receive your welcome kit, you will need to send us the contact information of up to 20 people you want us to contact. Once
the contact information has been entered into the system, we will notify you by mail that your account is ready to use. We will
send a credit card sized information sheet that has the toll-free number that you can call in an emergency. It is important that you keep
this card with you at all times.
Included in the welcome kit is a coupon for
free lifetime survival food and water for the
free survival kit you receive with your order.
